Available settings

Verfügbare Einstellungen-Übersicht-ccm19.png

Here you can activate a number of functions in your account that are only relevant for specific questions and applications. Some functions are only available in certain tariffs. If a function is not included in your tariff, this will be displayed directly next to the relevant option.

Menüpunkte-Funktionen aktivieren.png

In this area, you activate new functions within CCM19 Administration. Depending on the function, this activates additional menu items or setting options.

Theme-Administration across all domains

If you activate this setting, you can create themes that can be used on multiple domains and changed centrally. This is useful if you manage many domains and want to use a uniform banner-design in the frontend.

Text- or translation defaults

If you activate this setting, you can manage standard texts centrally and use them on several domains. This is useful if you manage more than 1-2 domains and do not want to adapt standard texts individually for each domain.

Embedding templates across all domains

If this function is active, embedding templates can be customized centrally and used on multiple domains. This is particularly helpful if you want to integrate your own cookies or scripts for which there is no suitable embedding template in the CCM19-database.

Activate domain-API

This option activates the General Domain-API, with which you can retrieve the Consent-data of your domains via an API. This is useful if you want to use the data in your own reporting-system. You can find instructions on how to use the API at https://docs.ccm19.com/api/general_api/.

User / group administration

If you would like to create additional sub-users and groups, you can activate this here. You can then create additional sub-users and groups via the API.

IAB / TCF setting

If you would like to use the IAB / TCF Framework for your domains, you can activate this here. You can then change the IAB / TCF configurations per domain.

If you check this box, you can use the accessibility link for the frontend-widget (in addition to the imprint- and data protection link).

Cross-domain crawling- & embedding-Preferences

In this area, you define cross-account default settings for crawling and handling bindings. The settings made here serve as default values for the corresponding settings in the domain-settings.

Domeinübergreifende Crawling- und Einbindungs-Voreinstellungen.png

Crawl domains settings: Crawl all domains on a regular basis

Use this setting to specify whether domains can be crawled on a regular basis. The setting serves as the default value for the corresponding option in the domain-settings.

Only deactivate this option if you do not need this function for all your domains.

Should new bindings / cookies found by the external crawler be activated directly?

Use this setting to specify whether new integrations and services found by the external crawler can always be activated automatically in CCM19.

You can then specify whether newly found bindings are actually activated automatically in the settings for the respective domain.

If automatic activation is set up accordingly for a domain, newly found bindings are activated directly. This allows CCM19 to block the corresponding services and prevent them from setting or executing cookies - if consent is required - before the website visitor has consented to the-banner cookie.

If automatic activation is not set up for the domain, the integrations are stored in CCM19 but not automatically activated. You can then check them first and enable them manually if necessary.

Allow automatic updates for all bindings of this account

If this option is activated, integrations are automatically updated as soon as changes are available. Individual settings for individual integrations and domains can still be made.

Domain-Settings

ccm19 domain-einstellungen.png

Domain-specific settings are made in this area, which then apply to all domains in your account.

New domains: Restrict banners and blocking function to configured domain names

The default settings for the corresponding function can be defined under "Developer-Settings". This setting only affects newly created domains. Only activate it if you need this function for all your new domains. This means that the banner is only accessible under the set domain, not on the subdomain, for example.

Time zone

Only relevant if you want to use the script-placeholder-plugin to implement time-dependent display conditions.

Primary country (or server location)

By default, the country specified in the account-settings is preselected. If this differs, it can be specified here.

Here you can select all legal bases that are relevant for your market and location. These are then displayed for selection in the embeddings.

Fallback-Translation

Here you can select the language to be displayed if the user has set a language in the browser that you have not defined.\ Example: The visitor has selected Spanish in the browser, but you have only defined English and German. This setting determines which language is displayed to the user instead of Spanish.

Apply approval- and rejection signals across domains

If you want a visitor's selection (Accept all or Reject all) to be applied to all your websites, activate this option. This will send the signal to the relevant domain when navigating between websites. Make sure that the use of this option complies with the applicable legal provisions.
