System-Log
The System-Log records errors, login attempts, and much more. This allows you to see what happened in your CCM19 system while you were away. If nothing out of the ordinary happened—that is, if everything is functioning normally—you won’t find anything here.
You can view the log data for individual months using the month selector in the upper-left corner. You can navigate through the individual pages using the pagination at the bottom right.
You can also search through the entries for each month. The search applies only to the entries for thecurrently selectedmonth.
To the left of the month selector, you’ll find a download button that allows you to download the entries for the selected month.
What is logged?
The following events are logged.
Info (blue button)
- Successful login by User X
- A user theme was deployed
- User X updated their user data
- A user was created
- A quota report was sent to User X
- An update was performed
Error messages (red button)
- User could not log in
- Email could not be sent
- Quota limit reached
Success messages (green button)
- Successful registrations
Delete log entries
If you want to delete entries, first select the month from which you want to delete them. The following button will then appear below the logs.
Clicking the red button will then delete all entries for the selected month. This isirreversible . Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
