CCM19 Login & Passwords

When you open CCM19—regardless of the version—the first thing you’ll see is the-login window. Log in there using your account information. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option.

This window also displays error messages if there’s a problem with the login, your license has expired, or other issues arise.

Background Image

The background image changes at irregular intervals.

“Forgot Password” Feature for the Download-Version

For the Download-version, the password reset process will only work if you have entered a valid e-mail address in the CCM19 administration panel. If you have completely locked yourself out and a reinstallation is not possible, please contact CCM19 Support directly.

License No Longer Valid

If you have deactivated your license or it is no longer valid for other reasons, a message will appear when you log in. You can reactivate or renew the license at any time. Normally, access is automatically extended for the duration of your subscription. If this does not work at all, please contact our Support.

Successful Login -> Dashboard

After successfully logging in, you’ll be taken directly to the CCM19 dashboard—here you’ll find an overview of all relevant features. On the left-hand side, you’ll find all menu items with the sections available to you.

The Interface

You’ll always see the area shown above in the admin panel.

  • Use the sun/moon icon to switch between Light and Dark mode
  • Select a domain - to switch between your domains
  • The list icon takes you to the domain overview
  • The question mark takes you to the relevant help page
  • The language icon opens a language selection menu
  • The username with the icon takes you to your account settings
