CCM19 does not display in WordPress when the WP-Rocket plugin is enabled
Problem Description
Are you using CCM19 on your WordPress-website along with the cache-plugin “WP Rocket”? This can cause issues with displaying the cookie-banner, resulting in the CCM19-banner not appearing at all or preventing certain CCM19 elements from being blocked.
You can easily test whether WP-Rocket is causing these issues by appending the parameter /?nowprocket=1 to your website’s URL. For example, www.meineseite.de would become www.meineseite.de/?nowprocket=1. This parameter causes the page to load with the WP-Rocket-plugin disabled. If the problem no longer occurs, it is caused by WP-Rocket.
In this post, we’ll show you how to fix this problem in just a few steps.
Solution
Go to your WordPress-dashboard and navigate to WP Rocket.
In the WP Rocket submenu, select "File-Optimization."
Scroll down to theJavaScript-Filessection and enter the following code in theJavaScript-Exceptionsfield: cloud.ccm19.de/app.js
Done
CCM19 should no longer be blocked by WP Rocket. If CCM19 is still blocked on your site, please clear your website’s cache and/or try accessing it via an incognito-tab or a different browser.
